Backflow testing and certification services are performed in accordance with applicable municipal and provincial guidelines at the time of service.

Goodwill Mechanical Inc. is not responsible for changes to municipal requirements, enforcement policies, or inspection standards that occur after service completion.

Clients are responsible for submitting required documentation to municipalities where applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not guarantee municipal approval where external compliance factors exist beyond our control.

6. Permits and Inspections

Certain plumbing services may require permits or inspections depending on local regulations.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the property owner is responsible for ensuring required permits are obtained.

Where permit coordination is included in the scope of work, it will be clearly identified in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement or invoice.

Failure to remit payment within the agreed timeframe may result in interest charges, service suspension, or collection proceedings as permitted by law.

Goodwill Mechanical Inc. reserves the right to withhold documentation, warranties, or certification reports until payment is received in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goodwill Mechanical Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the services provided.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered under the applicable agreement.
